RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can EASILY RETURN ITEMS at: [email protected]

Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed or damaged and must have all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of issue date We accept your request. We will provide you with a shipping label.

Package your item securely in its original packaging (if possible). Include your shipping receipt and circle the item you wish to return.

Please note: all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods that are damaged due to your fault

RETURN COSTS

Returns are your sole responsibility, so you are responsible for all return and shipping costs. Unless you receive a defective item due to our fault, the item will be returned free of charge.

RECEIVING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please inspect the item upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can assist in resolving the issue.

REFUNDS

Once we have accepted your return, we will process your refund within approximately 30 business days, after which you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when the refund will be credited back to your credit card.
