Shipping Policy

DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION.

After placing your order successfully, your order will go through 3 steps, and we will update this status to you via email.

Cut-off Time: 6:00 pm (CST/ Monday to Friday)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days for the order to have your name and address on it and be dispatched.

Shipping Time: You will receive your order within 7 – 15 business days (depending on destination) from the day the product is shipped, not the day the order is placed.

If we experience high volume of orders or severe weather conditions in some areas of the country, deliveries may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

To accommodate your needs, we may choose different shipping methods and carriers depending on your location and the size of the item you purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

For your peace of mind, we offer order tracking on all shipments. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order by visiting Track Your Mail to track your order. To see the current status and location of your package, enter the tracking number.

ORDER OR ADDRESS CHANGES

We understand that changes to your order or shipping address may be necessary. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or shipping address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after an order has been placed.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

If your shipping address is in one of the restricted areas or outside the United States, we will notify you immediately and provide alternatives when possible.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in returning or retrieving the package in the event that the package is deemed undeliverable due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the package being refused, or other events beyond our control.

YOUR PACKAGE IS WRONG/DAMAGED
